Founder

Professor Peter Hines

Professor Peter Hines is the Co-Founder of the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University which became the world’s largest Lean research centre

Peter is now a international speaker, author and trainer and a Visiting Professor at Waterford Institute of Technology

He is a globally recognised leader in Lean thinking and a multiple Shingo Research Award recipient for his co-authored books; “Creating a Lean and Green Business System” in 2014 and “Staying Lean” in 2009

Peter is a pioneer of many Lean approaches such as Value Stream Mapping, Leader Standard Work and Enterprise Excellence and has researched and supported companies across 5 continents in a wide range of industries including consulting for Toyota

The Enterprise Excellence Network is an invited members only arena for an exclusive group of Senior Lean Leaders based in Europe.

Founded by Professor Peter Hines, the Network has been created to help Leaders accelerate through their Personal Knowledge, Lean Journey and Business Network.
